Have been with this dealership for years. I trust their expertise when it comes to doing work on my vehicles
Mary Beth is always fun yet professional to work with. My vehicle is a fleet vehicle which is always difficult to get repairs approved. She is able to communicate with them quickly and efficiently. There were several things that needed to be done and yet the vehicle was early.
Clean and courteous. Very professional in the services provided. Services were explained, and vehicle finished on time
Waited for a half hour while my car was finished I had to eventually go back to the front desk but had to wait until her phone call was done
I have been dealing with this dealership for years as well as my children. They are very professional and dependable. The only negative thing I would say is that the points you earn to get money off on oil changes , tire rotations or and mechanical work is so high that it’s virtually useless! Do something to make it useful to dedicated customers! Thank you John Bottaro
Ford of Londonderry is great. The staff is knowledgeable, and efficient. The customer lounge is well appointed. I drive from Nashua to go there because I have had such poor service from Best ford in Nashua.
