I had a LOT of questions because the last 3 vehicles I have owned were old style Fords (340,000 combined miles!!), which were much different today's cars and now discontinued. Al never pressured me and I took a couple of days to decide on the car I wanted but by the time I made up my mind someone else bought it out from underneath me. We talked briefly about searching for another one but due to family time constraints, I decided to search on my own while driving around doing some errands and just happened to find one. I would recommend Al Finnegan to anyone looking for a new Ford, or other pre-owned vehicle; he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thanks to Al I am still a Ford owner. I went to Ford of Londonderry to inquire about purchasing a used or new vehicle. Immediately upon my arrival, one of the salesman, Jeff Brunini, introduced himself and asked how he could help. My past experiences with other dealers were that they were only interested in the sale and came across extremely pushy. Jeff Brunini enabled me to understand the options, but let me digest the information and make my own decisions. From start to finish, he made the process easy, and it was obvious that the entire team up there at Londonderry Ford were supportive and helped the whole process to go smoothly. I purchased an SUV shortly after my first visit, and have been going back to Ford of Londonderry for servicing of my vehicle ever since. Their service department is equally as impressive and helpful. Specifically, I deal with the manager, Michael Colotti, who is very knowledgable and always accomodating. Even for something as simple as an oil change, I take my vehicle back to this dealer because I know the job will done quickly and correctly. It is because they do such a good job that my SUV has been running perfectly for now nearly 3 years. More

I gave this dealership all 5's because they, and more specifically Jeff Brunini were very helpful in helping me look to purchase my first Ford. I went in to check out some trucks and did take one for a test drive, it was nice. I was up front with the sales agent that I was out looking and that I had other dealerships to look at that day, then that a test drive, it was nice. So I went though everything with him, he was selling me the truck for $23,000 and when all was said and done it was going to cost me $25,000 plus go figure? I put down $300 to hold it and was while I went out and looked around, I found a much better deal and went with that dealership instead. I went back to get my money back and was met with a bad attitude and was told I would have to wait until Monday as the ladies in the office had gone for the day. I called Monday to see if it had been credited back to my account and was told by Bob yes they took care of it that morning and it would take 24 hours. I check with my bank Tuesday and they did not see any happening so I called back and was told once again that it was taken care of on Monday morning and would take four business days now! I finally got it back two days latter, the reicept had the date marked for Tuesday AM and not Monday like I was told twice. I hate being lied too and getting an attitude just because I went else where and got I MUCH beeter deal! I have family who've lived in Londonderry for over 45 years and we will never buy or recommmend this dealership to anyone. More
