I went in to check out some trucks and did take one for a test drive, it was nice. I was up front with the sales agent that I was out looking and that I had other dealerships to look at that day, then that a test drive, it was nice. So I went though everything with him, he was selling me the truck for $23,000 and when all was said and done it was going to cost me $25,000 plus go figure? I put down $300 to hold it and was while I went out and looked around, I found a much better deal and went with that dealership instead. I went back to get my money back and was met with a bad attitude and was told I would have to wait until Monday as the ladies in the office had gone for the day. I called Monday to see if it had been credited back to my account and was told by Bob yes they took care of it that morning and it would take 24 hours. I check with my bank Tuesday and they did not see any happening so I called back and was told once again that it was taken care of on Monday morning and would take four business days now! I finally got it back two days latter, the reicept had the date marked for Tuesday AM and not Monday like I was told twice. I hate being lied too and getting an attitude just because I went else where and got I MUCH beeter deal! I have family who've lived in Londonderry for over 45 years and we will never buy or recommmend this dealership to anyone. More

My past experiences with other dealers were that they were only interested in the sale and came across extremely pushy. Jeff Brunini enabled me to understand the options, but let me digest the information and make my own decisions. From start to finish, he made the process easy, and it was obvious that the entire team up there at Londonderry Ford were supportive and helped the whole process to go smoothly. I purchased an SUV shortly after my first visit, and have been going back to Ford of Londonderry for servicing of my vehicle ever since. Their service department is equally as impressive and helpful. Specifically, I deal with the manager, Michael Colotti, who is very knowledgable and always accomodating. Even for something as simple as an oil change, I take my vehicle back to this dealer because I know the job will done quickly and correctly. I work for a Non Profit Organization and I had contacted Jeff Brunini their Internet Manager in regards to a Passenger Van that my company had been looking for. My company had a really tight budget to work with and Jeff had told me that they would go out and find me the vehicle that I needed in my price range. No other dealer would bother dealing with me when I told them that what I was looking for and my budget. They all played "old school" sales games and tried to get me into a vehicle that I could not afford. When I came in to meet with Jeff, he took me out on a test drive and went over all of the features and options on the vehicle. When we came back in, the Owner Jim McGovern sat down with us and said hello. I have never been into a car dealership where the Owner came over and said hello and wanted to make sure that my experience was the best it could have been. Needless to say, I got a great deal but even better service. I recommend Ford of Londonderry to anyone that is out there looking for a vehicle.
