This was the nicest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. This dealership was worthy the extra miles we drove to get to it. We have 3 other Ford dealerships within 10 miles of us. I do not consider these dealerships worthy of my business or time - they only want the sale. The sales team at Londonderry Ford are great people. They listened to our needs and matched us to the perfect car. There were no surprises with the financing. They made us feel like we mattered to them. I would highly recommend this dealership. Brought in vehicle for recall. Vehicle ran fine before recall work was done. Vehicle was almost undrivable(massive engine surges and cutouts) after recall completed. I asked that they take the vehicle bac recall work was done. Vehicle was almost undrivable(massive engine surges and cutouts) after recall completed. I asked that they take the vehicle back and restore it to the condition, and configuration, it was in before they "worked" on it. Response from service manager (oxymoron) was "We can't help you, the warranty is up". His dealership cripples my vehicle and thats it. He acknowledges that the recall work could likely have caused the engine to run so poorly but refuses any remedial action. Furthermore the work order stated the vehicle had a road test performed. Either that was a lie or the technician who performed it was incompetent. It was virtually undriveable and any technician who passed it should be let go. More

Good follow up without being pushy. Friendly dealership on phone and in person. Very accomodating. They dealt with financing, taxes, plates and insurance without me being there and delivered car to me in M on phone and in person. Very accomodating. Great experience. I worked with Jeff Brunini (the internet manager) who gave me a great price...right in line with Edmund's pricing. Lee Turner finalized the deal. I had a great buying experience then and I had a great buying experience again. This dealership is very friendly, they follow up on the sale and are there to help out with any questions. Chuck, the finance manager, is not your typical finance manager. He does not push you into extended warranties or other items you may or may not want. I truly feel that they are there to sell you a vehicle at the best possible price. My prior F-150 has been serviced there since 2003. My experience with the setvice department has been very positive. My former F-150 has never let me down and to this day runs like a top. I intend on having my new F-150 serviced at this dealership as I did my former F-150 even though I have two other Ford dealers closaer to my house. Londonderry Ford if worth the trip. You will not be disappointed. More

They told me that they had another vehicle, but when ask about the other vehicle they said that it was on a demo drive then later they told me that an employee had taken it home. More

W 29 June 2010 We contacted Mr. Jeff Brunini, the Londonderry Ford's dealership Internet Manager, via E Mail, prior to our visit to the dealership. We swapped E Mails and phone calls. Jeff put a draft deal together quickly. His willingness to help us purchase the Ford Edge went way above the normal call of duty. His service to us was unbelievable. If it were not for Jeff’s efforts, my wife and I doubt that we would have bought the vehicle (and so quickly). We then went to the dealer showroom and met Bob Morissette. He completed the deal and delivered the car to us. He not only knows his product line but also is extremely professional. Bob's service to my wife and I was superior. Also, the way Bob had the car on display for us when we arrived to pick up the Edge was unique. It was in a private area that was slightly elevated. Bob's delivery presentation was extremely informative. Also, the preparation of the car for delivery was quality workmanship. We received a good price from a competent and friendly dealership. We have been buying New Fords since our purchase of our 1962 Galaxy 500. Messer. Brunini and Morissette made the purchase of our new 2010 Ford Edge our best buying experience at a Ford Store. It is with great pleasure that we recommend highly Ford of Londonderry. More

I had a LOT of questions because the last 3 vehicles I have owned were old style Fords (340,000 combined miles!!), which were much different today's cars and now discontinued. Al never pressured me and I took a couple of days to decide on the car I wanted but by the time I made up my mind someone else bought it out from underneath me. We talked briefly about searching for another one but due to family time constraints, I decided to search on my own while driving around doing some errands and just happened to find one. I would recommend Al Finnegan to anyone looking for a new Ford, or other pre-owned vehicle; he was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thanks to Al I am still a Ford owner.
