I was considering turning my Jeep, Wrangler in and I was not sure what brand or even make of a new motor vehicle I wanted or could afford. I knew I wanted a four wheel drive. I had stopped by one other dealership in Massachusetts and got the run around, and several phone calls. I bought at the Ford of Londonderry initial because of the salesperson. He discussed a fair price for the trade in I had and for the Ford, Escape that I bought. If he and the Sales Manager did not act as professional as they did and discuss the sale in the way that they did I would have probably waited, and may not have bought a new motor vehicle. They were very professional,helpful, and fair. I am not someone who has always had a great experience at a car dealership, so for me to give them a five star rating really means something. Check their dealership out it will be worth it. More

The advertised price on the car was VERY competetive and the first dealer offer was right in the ball park. There was very little negotation involved because of the fair first offer whcih was a far cry from the usual back and forth negotiating that makes car buying a real hassle in my opinion. When I picked up the car all the issues I raised at the time of the sales were address and the time Jeff spent with me going over some of the features of the car were greatly appreciated. Since buying my 2002 Accord in 2006, I've used Mike Colotti at Ford of Londonderry for all my maintenance needs. He came highly recommended by a friend, and after working on my car numerous times, i f Colotti at Ford of Londonderry for all my maintenance needs.
