I was approached and treated courteously as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone working there seemed to be enjoying what they were doing and made me feel comfortable right away. After seating me and getting me a cup of hot chocolate, he listened to my needs, my price restrictions, and came up with the car that was right for me. Once my credit was approved, another gentleman took me into a quiet office and helped me with my financing. Jeff then took me to my new car, where he showed me how to operate everything. He gave me his phone number and urged me to call him for any reason, with any issues I may have with the car. I plan on going to Londonderry for any other car needs and I will definitely refer them to my friends. More

I recently referred friends of mine to Bruce Boutin at Ford of Londonderry. They were a young couple with their first baby on the way and needed to get a vehicle that was more suitable than what they cur Ford of Londonderry. I knew that if I gave them Bruce's information the experience would be completely different. They emphasized that they were just looking and did not want to buy anything, and I knew Bruce would not be pushy with them. Sure enough, they had such a great experience and felt so comfortable that they ended up buying a car anyway, and at a price that beat any of the other dealerships that had been so pushy and kept giving the 'alright, this is the best we can offer' line.
