This is my second new F250 bought from Geoffrey Bates, my salesman. Geoffrey was recommended to me by his former sales manager. That's been my experience with Geoffrey, whom I've stayed in touch with when my Ford is serviced downstairs at the dealership. I suspect that Geoffrey would be a great sales person for women to deal with when they would like a great buying experience. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest to my wife that see talk with Geoffrey when she is looking for Ford merchandise. She can go alone, Geoffrey would take good care of her. More

I routinely have the need to go to the ford of Londonderry for service on my ford f-150 as I drive all over New England every week. The past few visits to get my truck serviced I have stopped by u Londonderry for service on my ford f-150 as I drive all over New England every week. The past few visits to get my truck serviced I have stopped by unannounced for regular oil change and a few minor problems the truck was having. Both times Mike and his team were able to get my truck in right away and I can’t tell you how important that is for my work. Without this truck I would be stranded. For that reason alone I will not go anywhere else because I know when I go to get my truck serviced even without an appointment Mike will help me out the best he can, even if that means leaving my truck overnight and actually having them give me a ride home. I can’t thank Ford of Londonderry and Mike enough for all of the hard work. Thanks again! More
I problem with my had an intermitent problem with my 2002 Ford Explorer. Alan/Service Advisor was very informative and detailed in explaining to me the issues needing repair on my vehicle. He coordinated my courtesy ride to and from work and was flexible in working with me when explaining to me the issues needing repair on my vehicle. The waiting area at Londonderry Ford was very comfortable and the additional staff present in that area were professional and courteous. Jeff showed me a coupld of different Fusions and was very patien with me until I found the one that was right for me. Jeff gave me a great price and did not play any games. When it came time for delivery, he went over all of the features and options and made sure I was comfortable with the SYNC system. I have already sent a few of my friends to Jeff and they too have bought. I can now see why Ford of Londonderry is the Presidents Award Winner for Ford. Keep up the good work. I love my Fusion!!! More
