This is my second new F250 bought from Geoffrey Bates, my salesman. Geoffrey was recommended to me by his former sales manager. I routinely have the need to go to the ford of Londonderry for service on my ford f-150 as I drive all over New England every week. The past few visits to get my truck serviced I have stopped by u Londonderry for service on my ford f-150 as I drive all over New England every week. The past few visits to get my truck serviced I have stopped by unannounced for regular oil change and a few minor problems the truck was having. Both times Mike and his team were able to get my truck in right away and I can’t tell you how important that is for my work. Without this truck I would be stranded. For that reason alone I will not go anywhere else because I know when I go to get my truck serviced even without an appointment Mike will help me out the best he can, even if that means leaving my truck overnight and actually having them give me a ride home. I can’t thank Ford of Londonderry and Mike enough for all of the hard work. Thanks again! More

He coordinated my courtesy ride to and from work and was flexible in working with me when explaining to me the issues needing repair on my vehicle.
