My exsperience with londonderry ford was great. I actually was not even out to look at new cars the day that i stopped into the dealership. I looked at only one vehicle, the 2011 ford escape . went for a ride my sales man(bruce Boutin) was very knowledgable and we desided on the spot if the numbers were right we would buy this suv.. i love the truck and look forward to going back to londonderry for all my service work . when i picked up my new suv, i was so pleased with the coverage of information that Bruce took to make sure i understood all the great feature (some i didn't even realise the truck had) i would recommend bruce and londonderry ford to any one looking for a new vehicle. again thank you so much my new truck is exactly what i wanted. by the way i have only ever owned and drove fords... now i know why. thank you from sharon and rick More
Had an emergency issue with my passenger side window in the middle of a sustained deluge of rain. Michael scrambled around several local dealerships and secured the mechanism needed to complete the repair. Cost me a few bucks to get the job done but someone made a special trip to get me the part. I was back on the road in no time minus an interior rainstorm and I even got some shopping done across the street. Bottom line, these guys did me a solid and my next vehicle purchase will be at Ford of Londonderry for sure. Also, the free soda and Hoodsie cups in the waiting room are a really nice touch. Since I pass by frequently I stopped in to thank Mike and he only smiled when I grabbed an extra hoodsie cup for my trouble. Everyone was super friendly and I enjoyed joining in the light hearted banter between the staff. My window has worked perfect with no problems since the repair and is actually operating much faster now. Great people to deal with. More

My husband and I just purchased a used Ford F150 and I could not have asked for better, friendlier or quicker service. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and it's usually very painful with dealers coming at you from all directions, but not this time, WOW, it was great! We felt so comfortable the whole time as though Daryn wanted to be sure we were taken care of at every step he even introduced us to the service department and showed us where to park should we need maintainence! Lee Turner was the most informative, patient, and fair dealer my husband and I have ever worked with. Lee did not pressure us to buy a vehicle, but rather he tailored each visit to meet our needs. We went to several dealerships while searching for our new car, but Ford of Londonderry's service and rebates far surpassed the competition in the area. Since we purchased our new truck, Lee has called a few times to be sure our truck has met our needs and is running as expected. We even recommended Lee to a family member who purchased a truck within the first visit with him. It was the best car-buying experience we have had thus far. More

There are a number of cliche's / jokes regarding both. In saying that, I can happily state that the staff (both on the sales and repair side) at Ford of Londonderry break those cliche's. My overall experience with purchasing and maintaining a car at FoL has been and will continue to be an educational and comfortable process. I have always felt that my sales associate and mechanic truly want what is best for me and my family. Because of this experience and comfort-level I will continue to be a loyal customer of FoL and recommend them to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle. More
Looking online for a "slightly used" Mustang brought us to Ford of Londonderry. I found a beautiful, reasonably priced, 2010 convertible, almost exactly what I was looking for. From the start Mr. Larry Rose was friendly, helpful and very well informed. We agreed on a price for my trade, which was just about right, and also "haggled" to have some rocker panel decals put on. Mr. Rose & the Mgr. agreed and we had a deal! A few days later my car was ready, washed, waxed, and as promised, the decal stripes were on. The paperwork was all prepared and ready for my signature, they even called my insurance company for me to get a binder, the guys really made the experience quite painless. After the paperwork Mr. Rose took the time to come outside with me to show me how all the bells & whistles worked on my new car, he was very knowledgeable and informed. Mr. Rose seemed to be a good guy and not a typical car salesman. I was made to feel comfortable and not at all pressured, he was truly a pleasure to deal with. Sadly, less than a month later the engine light came on, I called Larry & explained the situation, he went down to the service dept. and called me back inside of 10 minutes. He put me in contact with Alan Randal. Mr. Randal was very pleasant and helpful over the phone. He Squeezed in an appointment for me the same day. The problem turned out to be minor, the technitions cleaned it up and had me on my way fairly quickly. Overall my experiences with Ford of Londonderry have been pleasurable and I look forward to visiting again in the future. PS- Larry promised not to sell my trade (also a mustang convt) to some 19 year old dumbass who wont appreciate her! Larry rocks out loud! More
