I came to this dealership after having a very bad experience with an order at another Ford dealership in the area. I came to Ford of Londonderry to see what was available, but at that point I was st experience with an order at another Ford dealership in the area. I came to Ford of Londonderry to see what was available, but at that point I was still committed to my order, was still waiting for my car to arrive, and wasn't really looking to buy. When I sat down with Tom at Ford of Londonderry and told him my story about my order at the other dealership, I was pleasantly surprised by his response. He confirmed that I could walk away from the order and get my deposit back, and I was told that Ford of Londonderry would support me if the other dealership gave me any trouble. Tom also found me a car in the nearby area that had the color and packages that I wanted (plus a couple extra), and told me that I could get it that week. And the price on this car was very reasonable for the extra packages that I was getting. But what really made me decide to buy from Ford of Londonderry was the way I was treated from the moment I got there; I was treated with respect and I got very honest answers to my questions. And their customer service didn't end when I drove away in my car. Tom still calls every now and then to check in and make sure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. And I am definitely satisfied! I highly recommend Ford of Londonderry! More

Geoff was AMAZIING!!!! I must say that the whole sales department was the same way. I was there 2 or 3 times during my purchase and everyone made me feel welcomed and at ease. Definitely NOT what you usually hear about car salesmen! Did I get a good deal......I'm not sure...I think so.....BUT I felt like I did! Waiting to see if the service department has improved as well.....that will make the most difference as to whether I (and my husband and his need for trucks for Construction Company) buy a Ford again or not. Two residents of Londonderry have asked me if I like the car and the service. I highly recommended Geoff......will wait to see if service dept. can be as highly recommended before I give a GOLD Star! Bruce was very helpful bring the new truck to my office knowing that we didnt have alot of time to leave for periods of time through out the day.
