I drove my truck into the Service Living Room! The Valet was at my door in seconds. Brian said my service would take up to three hours. Everyone there so accommodating. I was told my service charge would be $259, but it was $412 plus. I was also told it would be about an hour for the service to be done; it took 2 1/2 hours. I mentioned that to your payments person and she became argumentative and difficult to deal with. I told her several times to just finish the paperwork so I could leave as soon as possible to take my medications and correct my medical conditions. She did not listen and took her sweet xxx time to finish matters. I have been getting vehicles and maintenance thereof for more than 38 years ar Latham Ford. I have never been treated as poorly or as disrespectfully as my encounter yesterday. I have no desire or intention of returning to your facility again. I personally know Kara DePaula and will go there for future needs. More

I sincerely could not be happier with my whole experience with the service department ~ I worked with both the Service Manager Bryan Cates as well as Vanessa Andrew, who is their Customer Relations Represent with the service department ~ I worked with both the Service Manager Bryan Cates as well as Vanessa Andrew, who is their Customer Relations Representative, as I am a Lincoln customer, and I have a concierge that works directly with the dealership to ensure a smooth experience, which indeed happened every step of the way, and I could not have been more pleased. They went above and beyond for sure, and I would also like to mention Jeff, who takes care of the cars coming in for service and the loaners going out, as well as Hunter in the Sales Department, who met with me a week later to answer a few questions about my “motherboard” ~ he obviously knows his stuff ~ he’s a keeper for the technology alone! Thank you all, I know that when and if I need to return for anything, I won’t be dreading a thing! More
