We really like the dealership. We split our time between our home in Florida and a summer home in the Capital Region. We will definitely be going there for any needed service/maintenance. The new dealership is really nice, conveniently located and the people are great, too. They were short a service technician and it was a Saturday, so it took a little longer than I had hoped, but they did a great job and kept me informed of everything. We will definitely be back. More

Well not sure how this was convenient for me. The technician was late and then arrived without proper tools to complete the oil change and tire rotation. I will not use this service again. Absolutely worst dealership and service department I have ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address rec ever dealt with. Did not purchase vehicle there because staff were so rude purchased vehicle somewhere else. Brought new vehicle there to address recalls and after four days of leaving messages and two missed deadlines (told twice vehicle would be done but app shows vehicle never moved) was informed that the dealer did not have the technical know how to complete the recall and to pick it up and bring it to another dealer. Do not waste your time or energy otherwise you will be without your vehicle or have any status updates for a while. More
