I sincerely could not be happier with my whole experience with the service department ~ I worked with both the Service Manager Bryan Cates as well as Vanessa Andrew, who is their Customer Relations Represent with the service department ~ I worked with both the Service Manager Bryan Cates as well as Vanessa Andrew, who is their Customer Relations Representative, as I am a Lincoln customer, and I have a concierge that works directly with the dealership to ensure a smooth experience, which indeed happened every step of the way, and I could not have been more pleased. They went above and beyond for sure, and I would also like to mention Jeff, who takes care of the cars coming in for service and the loaners going out, as well as Hunter in the Sales Department, who met with me a week later to answer a few questions about my “motherboard” ~ he obviously knows his stuff ~ he’s a keeper for the technology alone! Thank you all, I know that when and if I need to return for anything, I won’t be dreading a thing! More

I bought a used hyundai and had to have an engine replacement after a month after a day or so of in town driving I overheated as there was no fluid in the radiator. For my 2022 Ranger oil change, tire rotation & inspection scheduling was easy & the service was quick and efficient. Service advisor Katie Breen was informative & attentive and made all the difference with a scheduling was easy & the service was quick and efficient. Other staff were friendly & courteous, including Shelly, who was working near the waiting area. There was a small mix-up with my Reward points, which I utilized for the service. Instead of calling I dropped by the service desk in an attempt to resolve the issue. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Sales Consultant Brian Charron who promptly resolved my rewards points issue to my satisfaction! Hats off to the staff I have dealt with for my service needs & after the fact issue. Thank You for having well trained & courteous employees on your staff! More
