Went in for oil change at 8 am and no service person called to tell me the status. Called at 2 to inquire and received no response but was told a shuttle was on its way. Kept calling up to 430. The Service manager ignored me acted like he didn’t know the situation although he was left several messages. The only thing that they did which was good was discounted the service but gave no explanation. The service technician did apologize while the service manager sat there and never apologized. I was very disappointed in the dealer and surprised cause usually they provide Exceptional service don’t know what exactly is going on up there. I’m concerned and hope that they did the service that I brought it up there, but I don’t know. More

I had an appointment to get my car diagnosed on September 13 at 9am. However it was never done!!! AND when I called at 4:30 I was told it couldn’t be done the next day because there wasn’t anyone there to 13 at 9am. However it was never done!!! We decided not to leave it over the weekend since we had doctor’s appointments the following week. As I went to start it the battery was dead and I couldn’t get into car. Then I was asked if we wanted to make another appointment. I already waited three weeks for this one. More
I waited 3 hrs for oil change, inspection and tire rotation even though I made an appt 3 weeks prior. 45 minutes waiting for my bill. When I called I was told I would be called later for resolution. 2 days later-no call. Everyone was polite but no follow through. More

Took my vehicle to Ford on April 20;2024 for a Transmisson flush, in mid-June 2024, got a transmission default warning service now, i made an appointment for July 1,2024 at 11am for a diagnostic o Transmisson flush, in mid-June 2024, got a transmission default warning service now, i made an appointment for July 1,2024 at 11am for a diagnostic of my transmission, was told my it would take 2 weeks and i would have to leave my vehicle, went back on July 5,2024 spoke with kate S was advised to bring vehicle back, I drop it off that night around 8pm. called back July 10,2024 spoke with Kate again claim diagnostic would be done that day & will call back with the outcome. I received a video from a tech named Mark doing a walk around my vehicle telling me what's wrong with it and he would price everything out. Went back to Ford on July 11,2024 to pick up my car, they couldn't find my keys or the paperwork, after almost 2 hours my keys was found in the technician's toolbox, no paperwork. I've been trying to get the invoice for days each time I got there is always an issue with the printer or computer. I spoke with Rob on July 13,2024 via the phone and told him what I need I stop by Ford around 915am, once I got there it was a different story was unable to pull up the invoice, was promise by Rob, would have it July 15,2024 guess what no invoice Garret I think that was his name claim the system crashed and my information was lost. Now I am afraid to drive my vehicle, they never did the diagnostic but said it was done. More
My recent service visit with Latham ford was the worst experience. Took my car in for an inspection and find out that it won't pass due to tint on my windows. I purchased the car from a Ford Dealer in Florida. First the manager of the service department tells me that the windshield can not block any light, which by NY state inspection is incorrect. When I told him that the NY website states you can only block 30% of light through the windshield he informed me that I was wrong and that he should know because they are inspection certified. Well, when his mechanic came out, he informed his manager that it was 30% not 0%. Then when I ask what the reading was, they told me 50%, I asked if they could show me a standard that is 50%. The manger then proceeds to try and be funny, and states, when we bring your car out, we will be able to show you. I am in the processes of looking for a new car, I will not be going to a place that treats people like this, and I would not recommend anyone else to go there. More
