If I could leave zero stars, I would. Our service was awful. I brought my car in to have a repair done that was covered under the warranty. They had my car for 3 days and did not even loo Our service was awful. I brought my car in to have a repair done that was covered under the warranty. They had my car for 3 days and did not even look at it. In those 3 days no one called us to let us know what was going on, even after I called several times and left several messages. I picked up my car after the 3 days with absolutely nothing having been done to it. I don't think it ever even left the parking spot it started out in. Unless there is some extreme change to the way we were treated, I would never return to Ford of Latham. More

Service advisor was pleasant on the phone but the lack of assistance from any other member of the dealership team was much more than a disappointment. Major mechanical issues rendered the vehicle un drivable assistance from any other member of the dealership team was much more than a disappointment. Major mechanical issues rendered the vehicle un drivable, There was zero help in assistance with repairs expense wise, which was more than a disappointment considering the vehicle was purchased Eight months prior from your dealership. When placing calls to the sales department, multiple calls and voicemails were made and left with NO RESPONSES from anyone that I attempted to contact. I had to reach out to the service department and ask them to speak to sales and after Service made contact they still refused to contact me and service had to call me back to give me their response. My entire experience has been more than negative and disappointing. After receiving confirmation that I would be receiving NO assistance in any shape I had my vehicle transferred to another dealer and they resolved my problem with assistance. Very dissatisfied with Ford of Latham! I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership More
