For my 2022 Ranger oil change, tire rotation & inspection scheduling was easy & the service was quick and efficient. Other staff were friendly & courteous, including Shelly, who was working near the waiting area. There was a small mix-up with my Reward points, which I utilized for the service. Instead of calling I dropped by the service desk in an attempt to resolve the issue. I had the fortunate opportunity to meet Sales Consultant Brian Charron who promptly resolved my rewards points issue to my satisfaction! Hats off to the staff I have dealt with for my service needs & after the fact issue. Thank You for having well trained & courteous employees on your staff! More

When service was complete, technician took the coupon and attached it to his copy of the receipt. Received a phone call from Daniel Mannetti saying that the coupon did not apply to the VIN number associated with my Volvo but that of my Lincoln MKZ. He said that he couldn’t apply the coupon to my Volvo and charged me $152.22. I informed them of the vehicle type and VIN number at the time when I made the appointment. If the coupon did not apply to my vehicle, I should have been informed of that when I made the appointment. Mr. Mannetti said there was nothing he could do to help me and had no problem when I told him I would never bring one of my vehicles to Latham Ford again much less purchase a vehicle from Latham Ford. Prior to this incident, we regularly brought our Lincoln MKZ and MKX to Latham Ford for service. You have lost a customer for good and do not feel comfortable even recommending Latham Ford to friends and family. More

We brought our Explorer ST in for a recall repair. We worked with both Brian Charron (service) and the service manager (Bryan Cates). Both were very good. Although the recall repair was a fairly length and involved repair, they took care of the repair very quickly, kept me informed of the progress and did a great job. We split our time between Florida and upstate New York. We spend most of our time in Florida and have a very good dealer in Florida, but we were looking for a Ford dealer that we could trust and count on in the Capital District area. We have been to several Ford dealers in the area, but we will definitely be going back to Ford of Latham from now on. We were very impressed with the dealership and the people working there. We would highly recommend them. More

This was a very easy way of having routine maintenance done on my vehicle with the mobile ford service! I had an oil change and tire rotation done right at my house.
