I lowered my cars window and it would not go back up. Concerned about rain the next day I called Latham Ford they were able to fit me in the next morning. In the end, the dealership correctly fixed the vehicle. I was very unhappy with the service provided. I was given an anticipated date the vehicle would be finished and that day passed without any update. I was very unhappy with the service provided. Each time I called the dealership to speak with a service advisor, the phone tree brought me to a voicemail box. I left several messages and never got a reply. When I would call and speak with the operator, I was again sent to the voice mailbox. I had to drive to the dealership to get an update. The facility was very nice and clean. Every employee was very kind when I was dealing with them in person. I am not sure if they are short staffed, but I will not return because I have no ability to speak with anyone unless I physically go to the dealership. There was one thing that dealership did that I thought was very nice. The first day the vehicle was there, I received a video via email of the technician reviewing the problem I had and a brief inspection of the vehicle. Unfortunately, at the time the video was made, they thought they had solved the issue. It was later determined that there was something else causing the problem. I never received any other videos or updates. More
I could write a whole book on the terrible experience I’ve had here. Let’s just leave it as this. They had my car for almost 6 months for a problem. They fixed part of the problem (one of two key fobs) I’ve had here. Let’s just leave it as this. They had my car for almost 6 months for a problem.
