I like working with "small town" businesses and working with Latham Ford gave me that experience but I didn't lose any of the price advantages you get when you go to a "HUGE" dealership network. I've done business with the service department for years and was always satisfied so I was very pleased to find that the sales department was juast as good. I'll shop at Latham Ford again and I will recommend the dealership to others. More

First the covered all the options that were available to me on how to purchase the vehicle and what options I should buy, based on my needs. I believe I was able to get the best possible price I could get. The owner and the sales staff kept me posted on the delivery date for my new Flex, after my order was placed. Once the Flex arrived at the Dealership I was able to pick it up within 48 hours. The delivery, itself was seamless, informative and helpful in every way. They even took me back to the Service Department to show me where it was and to introduce me to their Service Manager. The complete process didn't take anymore than forty-five minutes and I had absolutely no questions after I left the Dealership. I have been driving my new 2012 Ford Flex for almost a week now and I'm very happy with it and am getting all sorts of compliments on the vehicle. I have done business with many Dealerships over the years. I would definitely, highly recommend, Latham Ford to any Family member or friend. All of the Dealership personnel made it very easy for me to do business there. More

Northeast Information Systems has a fleet of Ford Focus's. Chevy Astros and HHR's and we needed to make a change. We had looked at Ford Transit Connects and really liked the versatility and fuel econ Focus's. Chevy Astros and HHR's and we needed to make a change. We had looked at Ford Transit Connects and really liked the versatility and fuel economy on the these vehicles and so we looked around at some Ford dealerships and Latham Ford stands in a class by itself. We told them we were looked for a better interest rate then what Ford was offering on these vehicles and Latham Ford got it done............with class and professionalism. I enjoyed the visit The Ford Focus was good choice for me because it has the best gas mileage i have ever seen in a car. We walked into the showroom and Phil approached us right away, we told him what we interested in and he gave us the stats, got the car, we took it for a ride and decided on the spot we would buy it. I made a deal with this dealership for a vehicle due in that day or next. Gave 7K deposit. After 3 days of waiting for vehicle, I asked for money back because of no vehicle. They had no new delivery date a that day or next. Gave 7K deposit. After 3 days of waiting for vehicle, I asked for money back because of no vehicle. They had no new delivery date and was told I'd have to wait to get my deposit back when they felt like it. Checked my bank and dealer had already cashed my check. Was told to leave the dealership without money back by Sales Manager. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
I was directed to this dealership through Ford's online "find a vehicle" process. Heather initially was nice in her e-mails. I told her that I had a miserable experience with Fuccillo Ford of East Greenbus "find a vehicle" process. Heather initially was nice in her e-mails. I told her that I had a miserable experience with Fuccillo Ford of East Greenbush already trying to arrange to test drive a 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid. She insisted that she would be able to help me out because Escape Hybrids sell like hotcakes (I still have the e-mail as proof). A few days later, I hadn't heard back from her and called. She told me then that it was not possible for me to test drive an Escape Hybrid because it would cost the dealership money to get one and then if I didn't buy it they would be stuck with it. I asked her to have a manager call me. Instead some salesman called me and basically treated me like an idiot for expecting I could arrange a test drive. I asked him how it was that Heather could tell me it wouldn't be a problem one day and then no dice the next. He said she only arranged leads for them. I called the "866" number for Ford and complained. Then I sent an e-mail to Heather saying I had done so. I received a reply from Josh who said he was sorry I had to call Ford to complain and that his hands were tied. He didn't apologize for them leading me on or for the salesman insulting me. More
