Latham Ford is a class above. I went in to purchase a new vehicle knowing what I wanted and they listened to me. We went looking for a 2013 Ford Escape. Salesman was very helpful and answered all questions we had. No complaints on service we received. Only regret we have is that we weren't able to test drive the car helpful and answered all questions we had. No complaints on service we received. The two that we test drove had the updated sync with myford touch system but the one that we got had a less sophisticated version than the ones we test drove. Probably would have requested a model that included the same system that we test drove if we had realized the one we were purchasing did not have that feature. Our fault for not making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. More

Slimy is the perfect term for this dealership. I would caution anyone going to Latham Ford. 1. Sales folks are very slippery. You are passed on to different salespersons if you try to negotiate. There was an error on our title and it showed a lien despite the fact that we paid in full. I called to find out where to go from there and the woman immediately laughed and said.."Are you kidding me, you lost the title! I'm gonna have to call you back and figure what to do with this." When I commented on her behavior after she called me back with even more attitude, she actually yelled at me. 3. In a cash offer on a vehicle worth $15,000 they almost let us walk over $500. We were literally out the door when he followed us out still trying to make the deal. We should have recognized the red flags. As we left, my 10 year old daughter said. "Mom you should never trust a guy with pointy shoes." I should have listened to her. (He had on shiny leather brown pointy shoes that she hated) I give this dealership 2 stars only because our first salesperson, Aaron Dell, was kind and was really trying to help us out.
