The customer service is excellent at this dealership. If I hadn't purchased a vehicle with an active recall on it, I would have driven it off the lot the same day. The only thing that need to be improved is the facility so the customer will feel more comfortable coming for service because comparing to other dealership Latham Ford looks old. I heard from Nic that the new premises will be started soon. Hopefully this will be on soon so Latham Ford will be more competitive vs other dealership. Sometimes The way people chose the dealership before they knew the great customer service and the price competitiveness that will be offered, they will first look at the facility. More
