I came to Latham Ford immediately after visiting another local dealership and I'm glad I did. In compairison, Latham was more friendly, knowledgeable and willing to put in the extra work to make the sale an local dealership and I'm glad I did. No games were played with my trade in, they started out with a fair price and sealed the deal because of it. One major difference between this dealer and the other local dealers is Latham will not push to sell a vehicle from their inventory and hope you would settle. My salesmen recognized they did they have exactly what I wanted on the lot, he offered to search for my vehicle and was able to locate the perfect SUV for me. More

Aaron was great and worked hard to get us the car that we really wanted. The rest of this comment has nothing to do with him or his hard work. Our brand new vehicle was missing the navigation card AND other really wanted. The rest of this comment has nothing to do with him or his hard work. Our brand new vehicle was missing the navigation card AND other electronic features were not working at all because of, what we were told, a faulty fuse placed during manufacture. I have never had such a thing happen to any of my other new cars. My vehicle had to be brought back day after delivery and spent more than 1.5 days in service until the problem was diagnosed and fixed. I think that makes Ford look really bad, I'm very disappointed, and am wondering which brand I will switch to when my lease is over. More

Nick took me for a test drive, got the details of what options I was looking for and located a car with the options and colors I was looking for. I went back to the dealership with a trade-in value in mind for my old car. I was able to get the trade-in number I needed, Nick and the Sales Manager hooked me up with financing and I happily drove out of the dealership in my new car the next day. I have to say that of all the cars I've bought, and that's more than just a few, the folks at Latham Ford made this one of the easiest and friendliest deals I've made.
