I noticed a part of the service was overlooked, which was a misunderstanding between the service shop and the detail shop. I brought to there attention after I got the truck home and they sent a check to have the service completed at my local shop because I live 3+ hours from latham ford. Very easy to work with I searched their inventory online at ford.com. After finding a car that I wanted, I entered that car's trim and options into USAA's online car purcha I searched their inventory online at ford.com. After finding a car that I wanted, I entered that car's trim and options into USAA's online car purchasing service to get a pre-negotiated price. I brought the USAA certificate into the dealership and then agreed on the KBB value of my car for trade in into a dealership. So, pre-negotiated price on the car + KBB's valuation of my trade in = no stress, no negotiations. They then found an additional $500 rebate that I was entitled to and beat the best interest rate for financing that I could come up with on my own. All in all, I probably spent less than 90 minutes in the dealership. Very easy going staff, very fair in their trade-in valuation; going in cold I was expecting 100 reasons why they couldn't give me the pre-negotiated price on the car or the fair market value on my trade in - but that didn't happen. I'll buy from Bob again once Ford comes out with a plug-in that can do better than 35 miles on electric alone. More

Dealt with Jesse over internet, was able to agree upon price and product that I wanted. Was very friendly and informative. When it came time to pick up vehicle I dealt with Mike. I met with Melissa Bradt the sales representative after test driving a 2013 Ford Taurus Limited and found her also to be very helpful and professional. She answered all of my questions and since I decided to purchase the vehicle walked me through the process. She took care of everything including motor vehicles, insurance and setting up the financing with Ford Motor Credit. I met with Sean Brownell the finance manager and he made the experience totally painless. Overall I found everyone at Latham Ford to be courteous, helpful and professional. A great team! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle. And I also love the Taurus! More

Before meeting with the salesman, I had a TRUECar guaranteed savings certificate, and the dealership honored the certificate and was able to locate a vehicle that met my specifications. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, and before leaving the lot, I was given a full explanation of all of the car's features, including the MyFord Touch SYNC system. I was very pleased with the overall purchase experience. Additionally, I was prepared to get my own financing, but was offered a better rate by Latham Ford. My experience at Latham Ford with Jessie and Josh was a great experience they treated you with respect which I respected. They didn't push you to buy a car but they talked to you as they knew you for years great experience they treated you with respect which I respected. I had a deal with a Chevy dealer and I'm really not a fan of Fords and Josh beat the price that I got from the Chevy dealer, yes I could of walked away and went back to the Chevy dealer and tried to get a better deal which they might of gave me but since Josh and Jessie both were nice and tried there best to satisfy us with a good deal , this is what made my decision on buying the 2014 Escape from them. If there service is as good as there salesman I might end up buying from them in the future when I buy a new truck in another year or so. I want to Thank Jessie and Josh for there friendly manner in treating us with respect and kindness. I would go back to Latham Ford if I were going to buy another new vehicle.
