Latham Ford is a class above. I went in to purchase a new vehicle knowing what I wanted and they listened to me. We went looking for a 2013 Ford Escape. Salesman was very helpful and answered all questions we had. No complaints on service we received. Only regret we have is that we weren't able to test drive the car helpful and answered all questions we had. No complaints on service we received. Only regret we have is that we weren't able to test drive the car we actually bought as the car wasn't available on the lot. Would have been nice to see the car beforehand. The two that we test drove had the updated sync with myford touch system but the one that we got had a less sophisticated version than the ones we test drove. Probably would have requested a model that included the same system that we test drove if we had realized the one we were purchasing did not have that feature. Our fault for not making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. More
