I had already been to several other Ford Dealers and Nissan Dealers looking at new vehicals. Latham Ford was the only dealer willing to take the time to see what I was looking for. I sent Latham Ford an e-mail request for pricing and I received a prompt and competitive price on an Explorer. I stopped in their dealership to look at the vehicle and Chris immediately came out and intro received a prompt and competitive price on an Explorer. He was very knowledgeable and low pressure (I am immediately turn off by high pressure salesmen!). They offered me a very fair price on my trade and I then purchased the SUV. After driving this SUV for the past week I am very impressed with the options and technology that Ford has put into the Explorer. More

Tom is a great guy, with a pleasant personality and if a person should be chosen as an example of honesty, its him. Mike Corrigan is a great sales person. Gave me lots of insight and tips re: financing and making sure I got the exact car I wanted. A real asset to the customer. Matt Mincher - the general sales manager and his office cohort Dan Cejka. Both assisted in answering questions, providing guidance, excellent opinions and masters of locating the car the customer wants. Both are great no bs type people, true assets for the customer. Finally Bob Morehouse who was my direct line sales person. He does a great job and is another asset for the customer. Thank you Bob for your help. I think you can see by my feed back I'm a happy camper and felt really good with so many Latham Ford staff being involved in my purchase. I worked with Latham Ford (Specifically Nic Natale) for a few months before I eventually ordered my new Ford Edge. Nic was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to help as much as possible. I bought my 2007 Edge at another dealership used. I was having problems with the rear barring, something unusual. Doug was able to diagnose, fix and have it back to me in a very timely manner. The customer service is excellent at this dealership. If I hadn't purchased a vehicle with an active recall on it, I would have driven it off the lot the same day.
