Slimy is the perfect term for this dealership. I would caution anyone going to Latham Ford. 1. Sales folks are very slippery. You are passed on to different salespersons if you try to negotiate. There was an error on our title and it showed a lien despite the fact that we paid in full. I called to find out where to go from there and the woman immediately laughed and said.."Are you kidding me, you lost the title! I'm gonna have to call you back and figure what to do with this." When I commented on her behavior after she called me back with even more attitude, she actually yelled at me. 3. In a cash offer on a vehicle worth $15,000 they almost let us walk over $500. We were literally out the door when he followed us out still trying to make the deal. We should have recognized the red flags. As we left, my 10 year old daughter said. In compairison, Latham was more friendly, knowledgeable and willing to put in the extra work to make the sale an local dealership and I'm glad I did. One major difference between this dealer and the other local dealers is Latham will not push to sell a vehicle from their inventory and hope you would settle.
