Salesman made me feel uncomfortable Jason was my salesman, I wanted a fast deal, we agreed on a price, sent it to the finance guy, and then I went to talk to him. He told me to sign 2 e Jason was my salesman, I wanted a fast deal, we agreed on a price, sent it to the finance guy, and then I went to talk to him. He told me to sign 2 electronic signature pads. I know I should never sign anything without reading it but they never gave me any thing to read. When I picked up the car then I was given the 7 page finance papers. Never got a bill of sale. When I requested on from Jasen the next day he said you think I'm ripping you off. He said it was in the paper work he gave me, which it was not. On the finance papers last page it clearly states do not sign this without reading it. I feel foolish signing a pad without knowing what I was signing for. Shame on Latham Ford for not giving me a copy or letting me read it first before getting my signature. I never sat down in the office, just asked to sign the pad twice. Very uncomfortable feeling. One other thing I didn't like is that they weren't giving me the price just how much my payments were. Really??? More

got everything i was looking for reached out to the dealership via the net and explained that i was looking to avoid the common hassle of new car acquisition. the internet sales mana reached out to the dealership via the net and explained that i was looking to avoid the common hassle of new car acquisition. the internet sales manager (jesse) provided me with a quote for a new vehicle that met all of my requirements... i went to the dealership one evening AFTER they closed...checked out the SUV he had proposed...and liked it, A LOT. went back to the dealership the next day...introduced myself to the salesperson...asked a few more questions, and told him i would get back to him. (i was looking at a few different vehicles/dealers). went back the dealership a second time...signed the papers and arranged for scheduled pick-up. the car was ready when i was, i received a thorough overview of its MANY bells and whistles...and drove away. in TOTAL...i spent less than TWO HOURS at the dealership, got a great vehicle, can live with the negotiated terms...and throughout the process sensed the sales team fully respected EVERYTHING that i had communicated as being important to me. i would recommend jesse jacobs/mike corrigan and latham ford to anyone. they took good care of me. The initial price that we were quoted for the new vehicle was reasonable and fair, and did not require a lengthy and uncomfortable haggling process that we have experienced with other dealers. Our trade-in was also valued fairly. Our salesman spent an adequate time explaining all the features of our new vehicle, and was very patient. Excellent experience. More
