Vis email I chatted with Mackenzie and discussed my situation with her. She took all my information to pre-approve me and had a reserved parking space for me when I arrived. In addition, the car I was looking at was right there, ready to go for the test drive. Once I approved the vehicle it was down to a little haggling and then onto the paperwork. I can't tell you how pleased I was with this experience. It was the best automotive purchase experience I have ever had. Mackenzie did all the work up front to minimize my time there and has been proactive with follow ups and other little things that matter. I recommend this dealership but more importantly Mackenzie who really did make this a great experience. More

The first thing I noticed when walking into the dealership was a culture and an energy that I had not experienced during previous experiences. I never felt rushed nor did they talk negatively about their competition. Their focus is on "me" the customer and delivering a great experience. We had not initially set out to purchase a new Ford Expedition but instead were shopping for a used model, low miles, through Carmax. Our desire to speak with a knowledgeable sales representative led us to visiting Ford Lincoln of Franklin and meeting Patrick Carlson. One visit was all it took for us to drive away that evening with a new Ford Expedition that would not only meet our needs for vehicle capable of towing our boat but also confidence in a dealership and a sales force capable of answering our questions and delivering a quality product.
