My experience purchasing a 2023 Navigator started off really well. I felt like I got a competitive price, and the dealer offered the convenience of delivering the vehicle to my hometown, which made the b really well. I felt like I got a competitive price, and the dealer offered the convenience of delivering the vehicle to my hometown, which made the buying process incredibly smooth. However, the post-purchase experience quickly turned into a headache. Despite multiple assurances from the dealer that the Navigator was completely blemish-free and there were "no excuses to be made for this vehicle", I found a noticeable scratch on it upon delivery. I was asked to get an estimate to repair it, which I did from multiple places to get a fair price for the dealer, but then they ghosted me and never responded. It's incredibly frustrating when promises aren't kept, especially when you're left hanging after doing what they asked. If there was no intent to resolve, the dealer should have had the courage to tell me straight up, rather than waste my time. I would strongly encourage other buyers to think twice if considering a purchase "sight unseen". It's a shame, because had this situation been handled better I would've had nothing but great things to say. More

Choosing the right vehicle at Ford Lincoln Of Franklin is by far the easiest experience I have ever had.
