Jonathan Ray was so helpful with purchasing our Expedition! He searched for days and kept us updated, but was unable to find one that checked all of our boxes. At that point, he insisted that ordering exactly what we wanted would be the best option. He helped us through this process from beginning to end. He took the time to explain all of the key features when we picked it up and made sure we felt comfortable with it all before leaving.
