Pathetic service I have a 1 year old F-350 with 29K miles on it and the DEF sensor go bad. Long story short, I made 3 trips in and no vehicle to get me to and from wor I have a 1 year old F-350 with 29K miles on it and the DEF sensor go bad. Long story short, I made 3 trips in and no vehicle to get me to and from work. Also, they explained the 2nd visit wasn't covered, same problem. Then told me it would be parts and labor $1000. Bad but not too bad! I go to pick the truck up and they tell me $1600 and smiled and sent me on my way! This is unacceptable to me and made me regret doing business locally. I would recommend going elsewhere. More

Very excellent service! Very pleasant staff!!! Broke down day before Good Friday at 2:15pm on the interstate. Had Major repair done to replace Pump Asy fuel parts The Mechanic "Jammer" was very swift down day before Good Friday at 2:15pm on the interstate. Had Major repair done to replace Pump Asy fuel parts The Mechanic "Jammer" was very swift to find the problem and immediately told me what was needed and he had ALL the parts to fix it and would get right on it!! We got a rental car and spent the night at a nearby hotel knowing my vehicle would be fixed by 3pm Good Friday. Much to my surprise my vehicle was ready to go at 10:30 am! he showed me all the parts he replaced and even found a part and had a used one to replace for me! I was so grateful for the quick service. I would not have gotten home until Tues or Wed if the dealer hadn't been so prepared and helpful. I honestly believe this Dealership and it's staff should get a service award for the Southern hospitality they gave me!!! Best Ford dealer ever. Wish I lived closer to them I would use them for all my needs. Pennsylvania on Lake Erie is a LONG drive! Please make sure you send this to Brooker Ford for me!
