I like that if they don't know the answer to a question they seek out the answer. Prices are competitive. The team in the parts department knows their stuff too and will do everything they can to get any parts needing to be ordered delivered same day if at all possible. EVERY time I have called, which has only been twice, to try and get a vehicle in for diagnostic reasons, the service writers have been the most condescending, pompous bunch of jerks I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Don't try and tell me I may have a transmission problem when I know it's a fuel injection problem. I'm not an idiot that is going to fold just because you have a desk at the dealership. I may have 2 Ford vehicles but neither of them will ever be going to Brooker Ford. More

Poor service department RIPOFF Dealer Spent over 2000 dollars on transmission and 900 miles and 3 weeks later it was burnt up on side of I-70. These people are a RIPOFF. Was told by Steve service manager Ford would take care of us. Now 7 months later nothing has been done by Brooker. Thanks to Larry's Transmission got a Reman transmission replaced and we made it home. Never again will these people touch anything of mine. Looking to get Fords out of my life never another Ford at Brooker Ford! More

Monday morning we got the joy of meeting Adam in service and not only was he rude to our guys but unbearable to talk to on the phone. I do know in the future I would rather tow my truck 50 miles either direction so we would never have to use this service dept ever again. I only hope others understand prior to using this dealership they will stick it to you if you are not local or if they do not know you. They have no concern over loyalty and they are only concerned with the bottom dollar. It is very clear after meeting the management why they allow their employees to act this way. More

Pathetic service I have a 1 year old F-350 with 29K miles on it and the DEF sensor go bad. Long story short, I made 3 trips in and no vehicle to get me to and from wor I have a 1 year old F-350 with 29K miles on it and the DEF sensor go bad. Long story short, I made 3 trips in and no vehicle to get me to and from work. Also, they explained the 2nd visit wasn't covered, same problem. Then told me it would be parts and labor $1000. Bad but not too bad! I go to pick the truck up and they tell me $1600 and smiled and sent me on my way! This is unacceptable to me and made me regret doing business locally. I would recommend going elsewhere. More

Very excellent service! Very pleasant staff!!! Broke down day before Good Friday at 2:15pm on the interstate. Had Major repair done to replace Pump Asy fuel parts The Mechanic "Jammer" was very swift down day before Good Friday at 2:15pm on the interstate. Had Major repair done to replace Pump Asy fuel parts The Mechanic "Jammer" was very swift to find the problem and immediately told me what was needed and he had ALL the parts to fix it and would get right on it!! We got a rental car and spent the night at a nearby hotel knowing my vehicle would be fixed by 3pm Good Friday. Much to my surprise my vehicle was ready to go at 10:30 am! he showed me all the parts he replaced and even found a part and had a used one to replace for me! I was so grateful for the quick service. I would not have gotten home until Tues or Wed if the dealer hadn't been so prepared and helpful. I honestly believe this Dealership and it's staff should get a service award for the Southern hospitality they gave me!!! Best Ford dealer ever. Wish I lived closer to them I would use them for all my needs. Pennsylvania on Lake Erie is a LONG drive! Please make sure you send this to Brooker Ford for me!
