Started in May with phone call to get my vehicle scheduled for recall. Called every month until October and they did not have parts. Finally talked to Chris in Service and he scheduled me for 2 we scheduled for recall. Called every month until October and they did not have parts. Finally talked to Chris in Service and he scheduled me for 2 weeks out and said he would have to keep my vehicle for at least 2 days and maybe 3. They did not have any vehicles and Christ stated "he could hook me up with Enterprise" and of course that meant I would have to rent a car while they got my recall done. I called another dealership and was treated very courteously and told it usually took about 4 or 5 hours to do this recall. In two days they had scheduled my recall and I took my vehicle in about 11:00 and it was ready to pick up by 4. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and bought my tires and had all of my oil changes at this dealership, but no more. More
