Took my 2010 F250 to quick lane for service. They changed fuel filters and when truck came out it showed drain water separator. No water in fuel so it wasn’t showing prior to visit. Was told I n They changed fuel filters and when truck came out it showed drain water separator. No water in fuel so it wasn’t showing prior to visit. Was told I needed to leave truck so they could diagnose problem at additional cost. Asked about where I get fuel etc. Then said it could be rust in my tank or it could be corrosion because, and I quote, “my fuel smelled funny”.Ok it’s diesel so I must look stupid. Refused to let them xxxxxx with it anymore so I went to Ronnie Thompson Ford and picked up new sensor for water separator. Went home and changed it and it’s fine. Yes Dalton had 3 sensors in stock but I think I gave them enough money on their over priced service, $330 for oil,filters, tire rotation and fuel filters. Don’t know what happened to the sensor but it was not an issue when I pulled in the parking lot. I don’t know but I figure I would have paid a hefty price for their “diagnosis “ so I won’t be back and don’t recommend them Can’t say anything about the sales since I’ve never purchased from them. Luis was great but he only checked me and didn’t do the service. More

Elmer was awesome at his job. If he didn't know the answer he went to find it out. I had some issues with my vehicle, and he still checks in to see if the problem was resolved.
