I spoke with Christina Root and not only did she help me with my situation, but she showed compassion and a caring attitude towards my well being with the issue my vehicle had (steering wheel loose). When I arrived she was most courteous and was super friendly and helpful. This woman needs to be commended! If you ever had service issues she and her teammates will get you taken care of. I cannot begin to describe how thankful and amazed I was with the service I received. I had always had bad experiences with dealership service departments, but this one was out of this world. Great Imporvements Had been a couple of years since I had visited Cookeville Ford for service. Noticed several positive changes. Only problem that I had was that the TV was on FOX News and waiting area was filled with grumpy-looking faces. Coffee area was fantastic (clean and neat). I took advantage of the courtesy shuttle and didn't wait for my vehicle recall to be fixed. More
