Repair of problem identified in re-call letter I scheduled an appointment after receiving a re-call letter to have a problem with the rear suspension repaired. The customer/service representative, I scheduled an appointment after receiving a re-call letter to have a problem with the rear suspension repaired. The customer/service representative, Xavier Norman, did an excellent job. He was very friendly and courteous and took my vehicle right in. The repair took less time than expected and we were back on the road within a very reasonable period of time. The overall experience was excellent and the representative we worked with did an excellent job from the time I arrived until the time he checked me out of the service bay. Thank you. More

World Class Service!!! I came in without an appointment for an oil change and was met by Billy Hummel in the service bay. He was very efficient, professional, personable, I came in without an appointment for an oil change and was met by Billy Hummel in the service bay. He was very efficient, professional, personable, respectful and genuine. He pulled up my trucks service record and recommended the 105K mile service and I also added a tire rotation. It was lunch time and he talked to the service tech and he delayed his lunch and got all the work done in 45 minutes including a truck wash. Outstanding job!!! Thank you Billy!!! More
