I brought in my vehicle for a scheduled recall appt. I was told that the part wasn’t in stock and had to make an appt to bring it it back for the repair. Not happy with that. Would not purchase a used vehicle from this dealer. Bought a 2016 f350 with 87,600 miles. Had vibrations on test drive and was told it was probably flat spots on the tires. It was back 2 days later bec Bought a 2016 f350 with 87,600 miles. Had vibrations on test drive and was told it was probably flat spots on the tires. It was back 2 days later because it was not available to drive. Took it back and was told it needed 1800 worth of front end parts. Then got a call cause that didn't fix it now it needed 2 front tires. Then water pump leak and check engine light for def faults then back again for death wobble. I've owned the truck and the dealer has had it longer than I have. Wouldn't trust sales and not confident in their service department as well. Will take it to another dealer from now on even though they are 10 min from my house. I'll drive 30 min to another dealer instead. Stay away from this dealership. More
