We had been to a 4th dealership where they actually heard the horrible sound on startup and told us to take it to our local dealer for the repair. As soon as we brought it to Ford of Columbia they took our complaint serious, and acted immediately. The repair went quickly and I was kept informed as to the progress. The truck was delivered to us as promised in less than 48 hours. We had a few additional repairs take place at the same time as the recall and the truck pushing 65,000 miles feels new again. I can't thank Travis enough for the great service we received from him and the dealership. It feels nice to be trusted. The Bicknell's. More
AJ was very good. Very patient and answered all of our questions. We were disappointed that the used truck we bought had a very strong smell of smoke. The outside of Very patient and answered all of our questions. We were disappointed that the used truck we bought had a very strong smell of smoke. The outside of the vehicle was very clean on the lot and we were told it would be cleaned before we took possession but in driving home we discovered the inside of the windshield had a film on it we assumed was from the previous owner's smoking. We feel it could have gone through a more thorough cleaning and the air filter changed before we drove off the lot with it. More
Bought a truck this month off line. Saw a few hail dents In the pics on hood and inquired. Salesman Mike Holladay said truck was in shop and his dent doctor man was taking care of it. I Saw a few hail dents In the pics on hood and inquired. Salesman Mike Holladay said truck was in shop and his dent doctor man was taking care of it. I stressed several times that only thing that would keep me from purchasing this truck was dozens of hail dents. He assured me that way not the case and his guys was working on it. Couple days later he said all done. Seeing how I was 3- 1/2 hrs away it was the weekend before I could free up from work to go pick it up. Mike meet me at door and handed the keys for me to drive and look over. Looked good ,drove good and checked for any leaks . All good. Drive home happy. Next day I decided to remove a tool box that was mounted in the bed. After climbing in bed I see 34 hail dents in roof. Little did I expect tto have to climb in the back of a 4x4 to inspect the roof of the truck that Mike himself said "yeah they pulled all the dents . All 13 of them" lol. Well after text being ignored by Mike. I called, he said he would talk to sales manager and get back. Well I called back next day after nothing. Sales manager said twice TN HAS A NO RECOURSE IN USED VEHICLES. While saying they hate I wasnt happy But he would talk to the guys in shop and see what they could do to make me happy. No call back. 2 weeks later. Oh he did say they didn't fix roofs because you would have to drop liner. Lol. So that tells me he has no faith in shops ability. Now on to the next process. Attorney working up a letter of intent as we speak. See how that works Point of long read. Don't trust this " we want you happy and we go the extra mile" BS. This dealership like most others. Get it sold and forget it Last thing. If you buying a 4x4 bring a step ladder. Live and learn I guess even at 58. More
I have used this dealership for several years, howver, the service department did not do a quality check on my vehicle before it was released to me. It required me to make a second trip to the dealership the service department did not do a quality check on my vehicle before it was released to me. It required me to make a second trip to the dealership to get the service that I paid for completed. This is the first time that this has happened to me. In addition, we has to go a different service center to re-check the tire pressure and filled to Ford specification.. More

Overall experience was good but I felt like the vehicles could have looked better that they were trying to sale. They had a great selection to choose from an I was able find a vehicle. could have looked better that they were trying to sale. They had a great selection to choose from an I was able find a vehicle. We didn’t have a bad buying experience. When my car was cleaned up which all that was done was the numbers taken off. Was told it would be cleaned and washed. That didn’t happen. What did h When my car was cleaned up which all that was done was the numbers taken off. Was told it would be cleaned and washed. That didn’t happen. What did happen is my personal property was stolen. The guy that was supposed to clean my car stole instead. I did get back what was stolen but how crappy is that. Buy a car then get your property stolen when it was “being cleaned”! I didn’t do anything but get my item back and it was admitted that it was stolen. I also had to drive back to get w no apologies that was also bother some. No manger came out to say sorry or anything. Just the sales man gave me my property back. I’m not a karen so like I said I received my item and went about my day but I do regret not saying more. I hope they fired the theft but the way it was handled on my end makes me believe it wasn’t the first time nor did it seem like anything would even happen to the thief. That’s my experience with ford of Columbia. No I would not recommend unless you want to take the chance of getting your property stolen. More
