I have never had a dealership or shop deal this honestly with car related issues. Amber was super helpful, and when part they ordered were received damaged, they ordered new parts to make sure the car was f with car related issues. They rebuilt the transmission, noticed the noise was still there, and rebuilt the transmission a second time free of charge to make sure the issue was resolved completely! 10/10 would recommend and will be back again. I took my car in for a 60,000 mile service. i waited in it. The waiting area is clean and plenty of seats and tables. I was able to work on my laptop while I was there.
