I was pleasantly surprised when he called at 2:00 to tell me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go! I was in Austin and there was no way I could get back by 3:00 to pick up my vehicle, so he arranged for me to pay over the phone so I could get my vehicle when I got back home. Needless to say, I will ALWAYS take my Escape to Jennings Anderson for any and all service from this point on! More
