Corroded terminals left me stranded I normally give their service high marks but my last experience was very disappointing. After servicing my car they reported the battery was good but I normally give their service high marks but my last experience was very disappointing. After servicing my car they reported the battery was good but needed a charge. When I asked how that could be be they assured me gave me a couple of weak explanations of why the battery might not be fully charged but essentially dismissed me. Two days later the car wouldn't started and had to be jumped and then left on a charger overnight. When I took it to be diagnosed and repaired at another shop the reason for my battery issue was clear. The negative terminal was grossly corroded. Though the terminal requires one to bend at the waist and perhaps use a flashlight to see it wasn't hidden. When a service shop tells me they checked the battery and found an issue, I should reasonably expect that they checked the most fundamental causes--corroded terminals! The indifference of the technician and the counter worker left me stranded in January! More
