I took my truck in for a leak, manufacturing issue, rain was leaking in and on floor. They had my truck for over a week, never offered another vehicle to drive and when I got it back the floor still smelled was leaking in and on floor. I thought with the issue they might detail it to help make it right or at least wash it but nothing was done. Issue should have been fixed on first visit not the third . Wheel bearing going out, took it in for recall. Told them about the noise and shaking and I was told it was normal tire wear. I finally put a go pro inside finder to record the noise. Then they finally replaced wheel bearing. It’s under warranty so shouldn’t have been this much of a problem. More
