It was the best at first I purchased a fiat from Eric back in November. He was the best part of the experience. Other than that. I am highly disappointed. I already had to replace all 4tires because the ones sold to me with the car are cracked and unsafe to drive on. And today, just to put some icing on the cake. My check engine light comes on. And I'm probably gonna have to fight the rude a** service lady again because she doesn't understand my warranty. Overall purchase experience 10/10 Overall car service experience BIG FAT ZERO More

Poor customer service/Dirty vechicles I took my mom to look at 2018 ford Edges. Every edge we got in had a windshield and all inside windows (inside and out) that had not been cleaned in a I took my mom to look at 2018 ford Edges. Every edge we got in had a windshield and all inside windows (inside and out) that had not been cleaned in about a year. You could not even see out of it. They expected her to drive like that? Upon pressing the issue the sales person said fine park it back in the space she pulled it out of. She decided to just park it up front. The sales person said lets try another one. This one was just as filthy as the last. I was like Ill go to my car and get a towel to clean it. Finally a sales manager comes with a wet towel and smears the inside and outside of the windshield with the wet rag and said all clean. Not to mention the dash had about an inch of dirt and dust on it along with the all inside windows you could barely see out of. Almost like these cars were stored in a back lot and brought out to the front. Reluctantly we drove it still with a windshield hard to see out of. Needless to say we left and bought a ford edge at carmax. Horrible experience. You would think they do not care about trying to sell cars. paying 20k plus for a vehicle I would expect they would clean them! At least enough to see out of! More

Not impressed I was a first time customer and will never be back again! They made the deal when others wouldn’t Liked doing business with this dealership from the get go.. Atmosphere was relaxed. Salesman Kevin Clyde was knowledgeable about the product. When it came to selling on a model he didn’t try to oversell me on more than I really needed. It helped that I have done my research as to what I needed from my truck for the long term.
