Could not get a new 4X4 but put me into a very nice used one. Bought a 2006 F-150 King Ranch with very low mileage. I swear the 4X4 was like new with warranty. The first year after buying my truck, i returned to the dealer whit the (abs)light coming on. In all the trips i made (3) to this dealer they never fixed the problem. Then several years i brought it in for dealer whit the (abs)light coming on. In all the trips i made (3) to this dealer they never fixed the problem. Then several years i brought it in for a broken driver side window assembly, i was charged over $500.00 for this repair. The very next year the same problem with the passenger side window, this time i took it to a service shop in Henderson and was charged $235.00 for the same repair, and they bought the part from Ford Country parts dept. I am getting ready to buy a new truck this year and sad to say for the frist in my life Ford will not be on my list. I hope this helps someone out down the road. Convenience and easy to deal with sales. I called to see if they had the model car I wanted. When they did I agreed to purchase it if they would pick me up from the airport and finance it 100%. I didn't have to search high and low for the color and options i wanted. My salesperson, Rich Ruane, is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge! He told me things about the Escape i couldn't find on the internet, and did a unbelievable job. The sales manager, Brad Cambridge, was quite cordial, and the finance manager, Paul Jarrett, was so helpful and courteous, it was as if I wasn't at a car dealership at all!! He arranged a great payment option that included the "Gas and Go" program. Easy, no hassle, convenient, and their service department is great! More
