I have always dreaded buying a car. I love Fords, so I went to Ford Country in Henderson to look at Fiestas, being lured by the price and the 40 mpg. I met Roy, he was my salesperson. I loved all the cool features of the Fiesta, but after driving it I felt I needed more room, but still wanted something with great gas mileage. Roy was really cool and didn't make me feel pressured. He actually listened to me and showed me the Fusion, it had all the cool features like the Fiesta, it was nice and roomy with great gas mileage and he and Frank still kept me within my budget. I am sooo happy with my Fusion and the way I was treated. This dealership rocks!!! More

I was constantly in the serice department and it was 1000% more expensive and they were not always so nice. The staff at Ford Country is awesome every time. Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly. The service tech was freindly, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better t something I didn't need, the job was done right. Unfortunately, on each occasion the finance manager has always called me up about a week later and said he needs more money for the deal to go through. I always threaten to bring the vehice back and return it, and the finange mgr. always changes his mind and lets the deal go through as we agreed in the past. It is very stressful and annoying. I wish they would quit doing this.Other than that, this is a great dealership. More

We went to Ford Country because we needed to replace our car asap. We had money down and was looking at getting a family car. the phone sales man said that they could get us a good deal because of my employ car asap. We picked one and they got the paperwork started. We where there about 3 hours when the manager let us take the car home we really like. The next day we had to return to finish the paperwork and get the second set of keys. This was after my hubby had just had out patient surgery. We got there only to have the manager tell us that they had sold the car we had taken home to someone else because they couldn't get our paperwork to go through on that car. This put us out of a vehicle completely. The credit manger told us that they had one car on the lot that we can get approved for. A 2005 PT cruiser that was 2000 more than the Honda that we had picked out. He said that we could get it with the 1000.00 down that we had put on the other car and that they would cover our first months insurance as part of the deal for the trouble. Well the insurance thing never happened. The credit manager got us approved with Chase finance with a 24% interest that he stated was standard. As first time car buyers we believed him. We found that after about 6 months of having the car that Chase was only requiring 18% interest. The credit agent that I talked to said that the dealership sets the interest rate to guarantee the loan. Thanks Ford Country. We also found that the car had been in an accident that the front drivers side was fixed and partially replaced. More

I love every single thing about it, and driving is truly a joy. It's a beautiful car with lots of goodies, like blind spot mirrors-- great job, that is!!!--- and all my family are online and investigating the Fiesta also. They're impressed too, especially with the mileage and safety ratings. It's a well built car, and a great choice. I plan to always buy Ford from now on-- seriously. :) More
