When I shopped for a new car, I narrowed my choices to 3 brands/models -- the Ford Fusion and 2 foreign-made competitors. I then visited several dealerships in order to test drive at least 1 version of eac brands/models -- the Ford Fusion and 2 foreign-made competitors. Sherri and other empoyees of Ford Country were the deciding factor because of their willingness to work with me throughout my rating process; as well as their willingess to honor a newspaper ad that seemed to contain a pricing mistake that favored the customer. Sherri continues to be willing to spend a few minutes with me whenever I visit the dealership for any reason; and all other Ford Country employees with whom I interact are always friendly and courteous. We bought a "new" executive model with only 2ooo miles on it. She kept reminding him it was a "used" vehicle and that the price should reflect it. The salesman kept talking to me until he realized she had control of the situation. We all made a great deal that day and have been more than happy with the car and the price settled on. We have nothing but good to say about your service department. They have gone out of their way to take great care of us whether the car was in for a lube job or a repair. We actually look forward to bringing our vehicle in for service. Ford Country is our place to shop and get service done. We are both glad that this type of customer service exists and we now know we have a place to shop, get service and even enjoy a meal while we wait. What else could you ask for!!!? I have always dreaded buying a car. I love Fords, so I went to Ford Country in Henderson to look at Fiestas, being lured by the price and the 40 mpg. I met Roy, he was my salesperson. I loved all the cool features of the Fiesta, but after driving it I felt I needed more room, but still wanted something with great gas mileage. Roy was really cool and didn't make me feel pressured. He actually listened to me and showed me the Fusion, it had all the cool features like the Fiesta, it was nice and roomy with great gas mileage and he and Frank still kept me within my budget. I am sooo happy with my Fusion and the way I was treated. This dealership rocks!!! More

The service tech was freindly, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, the job was done right. I could've gotten the work done cheaper at a fly by night garage, but Ford knows my vehicle better t something I didn't need, the job was done right. Unfortunately, on each occasion the finance manager has always called me up about a week later and said he needs more money for the deal to go through. I always threaten to bring the vehice back and return it, and the finange mgr. always changes his mind and lets the deal go through as we agreed in the past. It is very stressful and annoying. I wish they would quit doing this.Other than that, this is a great dealership. More
