Ford Country proved me wrong!! I assumed all car dealers were the same. Reel them in, switch them to something else, rip them off, and shove them out the door!! Ford Country is the exact opposite! I leased my 2007 Ford Edge from Team Ford originally. Had I known Ford Country was this good, I would have never gone there in the first place!! I put a internet request in on Ford Country's website for a new 2011 Edge.I bought our my lease in 2009, and I decided I wanted to buy my next vehicle. Rich Ruane sent us a quote on a new 2011 Edge. We liked what we saw in the email, and decided to come down and check out the inventory. Rich greeted us as soon as we got there. He already had the 2011 Edge I inquired about, pulled up front and clean. We took the test drive and immediately fell in love!! When it came time for the numbers, Rich suggested we look into another lease. I had my heart set on buying the vehicle and owning it. Rich explained the leasing process to us, and how it benefited us! We learned things we never knew about leasing. Plus, we were able to trade in our 2007 Edge, and Ford Country cut us a check for $6000!! I never knew that dealers could do that!! Not only did we score some cash, but our payment went down $120!!!! Now I have the 2011 Edge of my dreams, a super cheap payment, and some green in my pocket!! Rich Ruane made a car buying experience into something completely different. It was like we were guests in his home!! I'll be seeing him in 24 months for my next vehicle!!! More

I hate buying a new car---or, should I say, I hate the process!!! I knew what car I wanted (it had to be a Ford because they didn't take a bailout!!!) and I knew what extras I would like. I had read in the Wall Street Journal online that one of the best ways to get a "GREAT" deal was to ask for an online price quote. Considering that we would have to drive 90 miles to see the Ford dealers with the most Escapes to choose from, I thought I had nothing to loose by requesting a quote online from the four dealers in the Vegas area. I can't begin to say how pleasantly surprised we were with the quotes we received. After receiving the quote from Ford Country, we got in our car and drove down the next day---We also drove home with our new car. The internet sales person, Daniel Jones, bent over backwards to make this the best experience we have ever had purchasing a new car. I got every extra option I wanted, the color of my choice and many extras that I thought were nice, but, not necessary. I will recommend Ford Country to everyone and will return again. More

I have been dealing with Ford Country since it opened (prior to that Gaudin Ford). I have purchased Expeditions, Explorers, F-150, and Fusion (all new). Most of them were special orders. We purchased the last "old style" new 2010 Explorer in their inventory. We received an excellent trade in value on our 2007 Ford 500 and they worked the deal until we received the payment and Explorer in their inventory. The salesman Elie, took the time to explain and demonstrate the Microsoft Sync system on the new Explorer, and synced our cell phones to the system on the spot. Finance was clear and professional and even gave us copies of our credit report. We brought the '500'in to the service department to replace a dead battery and drove out with a new Explorer my wife had been hoping for for the last 6 months. More

Awesome.. Awesome... Awesome!!!! I recently purchased my new Mustang 5.0 from Ford Country. When I was first greeted on the parking lot I was a little hesitant to deal with anyone because of my previous ex new Mustang 5.0 from Ford Country. When I was first greeted on the parking lot I was a little hesitant to deal with anyone because of my previous experience earlier In the day at Friendly Ford and Guadin Ford "bunch of Jerks!". Moving on.. I know at times I can be a bit demanding but I know what I want and how much I can afford. Ford Country's sales staff and management has reassured me that there is still good business ethics and awesome customer service in the car business. This dealership definitely stands out in a positive way from the rest. The dealership was able to find the Mustang (black on black) that I was looking for, get it here from some other state dealership, put some custome wheels on it and tint the windows within a week... Unbeleivable!!! The other guys would just tell me "we don't have that" and pretty much good luck finding it. This along with all the friendly smiles and hand shakes along the way is why I will always buy my cars, and eat at Mustang Sallys, until the Day I Die!! Thanks again Ford Country ;) More
i brought my Fusion in for the AIRBAG light being on. my regular warranty (3/36) is over but i have an ESP which would cover the problem and i would pay a $100 deductible. the service writer called me 2 ti regular warranty (3/36) is over but i have an ESP which would cover the problem and i would pay a $100 deductible. the service writer called me 2 times to advise me of when the unit might be ready. in the meantime, i went through the Warranty Book that came with my Fusion and found the the SRS has a warranty for 5yrs/60K miles and the airbag issue should be covered under that warranty. i had to bring that to the service writer Teresa's attention. it wasn't until i told her about that that she even acknowledged that the airbag issue could be part of the SRS warranty. i am a layman and feel that i would have had to pay the $100 deductible if i wouldn't have done my homework and mentioned it to her. the other issue is i brought my Fusion in at 9am on a wednesday morning and it was not ready for pickup til friday night at 5pm. the reason i was told when Teresa called me on Thursday morning was that the new "part" arrived, but it was defective. Although that is "possible", i highly doubt that to be true. Ford is a world class global company that does not deal in inferior parts. I believe this was an excuse, not the real reason. Also, when i called on friday at 4:45pm to see if my Fusion was ready, my service writer had already gone home and I had not yet received a call on if my unit was ready. That's when I talked to Edy (a guy). He told me that my car was NOT ready as the PART was not in yet. --- Then 5 minutes later, I received a call from Kathy (another service writer) who said my car was ready. -- I was frustrated by then. I then came and picked up my vehicle. More
