Just wanted to take a sec to thank John for the great service he delivered when I purchased my 2012 Ford Focus. My credit score was under 600 and I had no money to put down on my new car. In fact I was upside down on a car I purchased from J D Byrider. John asked me to pick out a second choice vehicle, a used car, and I told him I'm not buying someone else's headache. At that point I thought I'd be leaving with my own headache. John said no problem, we'll get it done. After 90 minutes or so I told John to call me if he can get it done. Out came the big boss promising a yes or no within 15 minutes or so. I now know why it took so long as I have received 6 rejection letters from various lenders. I had a perfect payment history, 30 months, with J D Byrider and the team at Ford Country took that record to whoever is in charge at Ford Motor credit and I got the car I wanted. At the end of the day I'm surprised they didn't give up, I had. Anyway, thanks John and tell your team next time it will be an easy financing deal. I only have 4 things left on my credit report and I'm dealing with them so we should be looking at a high 700 thanks in part to the team effort at Ford Country! Thanks, Scott Hadley More

I arrived early for my appointment with Sherrie so instead of waiting for her she had Ryan show me the different vehicles I was looking at. When I selected the vehicle I wanted Sherrie provided me with a sales price for the new vehicle and a good trade-in price for the vehicle I was trading in. There was no haggling about how much my monthly payment and not showing me how much I was paying for the vehicle. The prices matched what I was expecting. There was no running my credit until after we made the deal and I was under no pressure to make the deal. The only glitch was waiting to meet with the financing person but Ryan was great at checking on us and apologizing while we waited.
