Dennis and I had a very pleasant experience with Ford Country that we now consider ourselves Ford loyalists. Daniel Jones was very courteous and really worked with us. He gave me the exact specification that I asked for to test drive - interior and exterior color, etc. He has no control over the pricing but we're fine with that which is why I rated Pricing as OK. Overall experience = Very Good. Will I recommend Dan Jones and Ford Country to friends and family? Definitely! Dan is not aggressive, which is what we like about the experience. We don't want a salesperson who is so eager to make a sale that he only hears half of what we say. More
