My service tech was wonderful and kind, but the level of service from the dealership in general is so poor. They have had my vehicle for over a month, they are waiting on parts, which I understand is an iss service from the dealership in general is so poor. They have had my vehicle for over a month, they are waiting on parts, which I understand is an issue, but they should be offering a loaner at this point. I made an appointment to get my vehicle in a month in advance and it took them 4 days to even look at it...and the list of excuses why things aren't moving faster goes on and on. They don't offer loaner or rental coverage. Just hey, here's a shuttle that will take you somewhere and it should be back in an hour. When I compare the level of service to what kind of care my husband receives at Findlay Toyota it truly makes me not want to have a Ford...simply because I dread taking my vehicle in. Customer service is definitely not a high priority for them. More

Don’t use the service department! I was called by the dealership for a recall. I scheduled the appointment for 12/30 at 10:00 about a month ago after being told the work would take 2 I was called by the dealership for a recall. I scheduled the appointment for 12/30 at 10:00 about a month ago after being told the work would take 2 hours and at a very max 3. I showed up today, on time. I was checking the car in and the service writer said you might get your car back on Monday. I told him I was told the work would take 2 hours. He wanted to know who I’d talked to and I told him I had no idea probably the person that made the appointment in the system. He abruptly told me those people don’t know anything! He knew that it would take at least half a day to do the work. I told him to forget it and walked out. I don’t have time for them to keep my car 3-4 days to do 2 hours nor half a days (in my estimation, that’s 4 hours) work on my car!!! More
My email to the dealership says it all: Kevin, I went to Cars.com tonight and you have the same car listed at $70,900 with a “$500 price drop”. I took the time to visit your dealership based on the information you provided only to find that Ford Country wanted $7,000 above MSRP for the car that is quoted online with a “$500 price drop” or $500 below MSRP. It’s incredibly disingenuous of your dealership to advertise one price to get people in the door and then refuse to sell the car for less than $7,000 above MSRP. When we spoke prior to me coming into the dealership, I was pretty clear that I would not pay above MSRP for any car. We’re all busy these days but the fact that Ford Country would waste my valuable time with some “bait and switch” scheme is telling. I’m sure that if I were to look into the other cars you have listed that it would be a similar story. I own and operate a sizable company with supply chains that run through numerous countries and, to be honest, it’s a bit tiring to see supply chain issues being blamed for what is, in reality, a sales tactic. I’m sure that this will be blamed on an “error”, but it’s pretty clear that it’s SOP at Ford Country. How you do one thing is how you do everything. Is there something I’m missing? I was contacted by the dealership about a previous inquiry and asked about their new car inventory. I went to the dealership based on a car that was advertised at $500 below MSRP. The same car is advertised on Cars.com for the same price. When I arrived, I was told that because the car was “purchased” from another dealership, they needed to charge the same amount over sticker. I’m no genius but it raised a few flags when the reason for the car being $7k over MSRP was that the dealership had to pay $7k to get the car from another dealership. Excuse #2 was supply chain issues. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. More

Came in with my wife to look at an edge and and an escape and Kevin was around to answer our questions and took us on a test drive. He listened to the features and was transparent throughout the proce escape and Kevin was around to answer our questions and took us on a test drive. We love how it is spacious it is for us and my dogs and that it has apple car play and the driver assist features it has . More
