I needed a new car and decided on a Jeep. Much to my surprise I went into the Fonda dealership and asked for the internet manager and luckily, I got Mark Salaiz. He was very helpful right from the start. He told me what he could do and what he couldn't do. Thats exactly what I wanted to hear. I wasn't sold on Jeeps and went to several other car maker dealerships and was so upset and disappointed I almost gave up. I went back to Mark and he was very sympathetic to my needs and listen to all of my key areas of concerns and was able to come up with a solution that was better than what I anticipated. I was elated. He exceeded all of my expectations and gave me a new perspective on the car buying experience. I would gladly recommend Mark to any and everyone I know in the market for a new car.
