I have always had an excellent experience at Folsom Lake Ford service center. This time was no exception. Full 30k service. Service was good but did not have part in stock so now I am required a second service repair call. I was told at the time I made the warranty appointment that the parts were available. Parts and Service D am required a second service repair call. I was told at the time I made the warranty appointment that the parts were available. Parts and Service Dept. were not on the same page.
