I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic service provided by Dave my Ford service rep (he has the first office when entering service). He is always efficient, pleasant, and professional when service provided by Dave my Ford service rep (he has the first office when entering service). He is always efficient, pleasant, and professional when I bring in my vehicle for service. Every time I interact with him, he has a smile on his face, and I truly appreciate his dedication and follow-through. He consistently makes the experience positive. That said, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions. While I know it’s beyond Dave’s control, I feel the technicians could be a bit more attentive. For instance, during my last visit, a multi inspection sheet wasn’t filled out and the little sticker that’s in the upper windshield of my next oil change has been missed twice. Additionally, I think the cashier department could benefit from some improvements in customer service to help make clients feel more welcome. Otherwise, if it was not for that I would give a five star. More
