The work was done great. I think there should be better communication. Other than the work, it was a little confusing. I think there should be better communication. Other than the work, it was a little confusing. More

First, It took me 8 working days to get an appointment to have my warranty work done on my 22 Bronco for a turbo waste gate failure issue. I made my appointment for 1030AM, I arrived at 1030AM on 18th of Oc have my warranty work done on my 22 Bronco for a turbo waste gate failure issue. I made my appointment for 1030AM, I arrived at 1030AM on 18th of October. I was met promptly by a young man to check me in. He did so and put a number in my window and said a service writer would be with me shortly. My visit went down hill from there. There were 4 other cars in the service lanes, I saw numerous service people dealing with them. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was the only vehicle left to be written up by a service writer. I had several people stop by and asked if I had been helped. I would just shrug and point to the number in my windshield. After waiting 30 minutes, I had the only car now in the service lanes. Still no help, I tried to get the attention of the numerous people walking back and forth. I finally decided to attract attention by blowing my horn. I blew three blast every sixty seconds, I figured I would be annoying enough that someone would decide to help me. After 6 iterations of blowing my horn, a service writer finally came out to help me. I showed him the code that was passed to the MyFord App, he wrote it up and I was out of there within 10 minutes. The service writer called later that day and said that a part was needed and it would take 3 working days to fix the car. The repair and pick up were without incident. More
