Hello Mr Peterson, this is no reflection on the people that worked with me at the service center, they were great! Lacey was great, James who worked with me yesterday was great, please don't punish them for the condition of your establishment there, the place was dirty, the bathrooms were dirty, it shouldn't have taken 4 hours to put four new tires on my truck and doing alignment. You guys asked for my rating, I'm an honest dude and that's what I gave. Please reward James and Lacey for their great customer service!
