I arrived for a scheduled oil change and diagnostic, waiting initially in your truck until a service member placed a numbered sign on your windshield. While waiting, you observed another service member on their phone and experienced a lack of acknowledgment Later in the day, as 6 p.m. approached, I still hadn’t received any communication from the service department. Repeatedly calling to check on your vehicle was challenging; it took five attempts to get through, only to find out my truck was not ready. Ultimately, I did not receive the oil change service despite leaving my vehicle at the facility for the entire day. When I finally managed to reach someone at the service department, they asked if I could leave your truck overnight or return the next day. Given that this is my only means of transportation, leaving the truck was not an option. Fortunately, a friend was able to drive me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. Upon retrieving your truck, I noticed dirt and scuff marks on the door sill that were not present when I dropped it off. This added to the overall dissatisfaction with my service experience, which included delays, poor communication, and a lack of care for your vehicle My experience highlights significant communication issues and a lack of customer service attentiveness that would be understandably disappointing.
