Dave Laughlin, Service Advisor at Folsom Lake Ford has gone out of his way to help me out. He came out to my house to try to start my 2011 F450 which sat for years after my brother died. After it was fi gone out of his way to help me out. He came out to my house to try to start my 2011 F450 which sat for years after my brother died. After it was fixed, he help put miles on the F450 to reset the dash warning lights. Dave delivered my R450 to my home, offered me rides as needed. I’ve been going to this service center for almost 3 years now and can say that I don’t want to go anywhere else. The staff have never pressured me into anything and are always very informative. My truck was returned to me with rubber cup imprints on the windshield. Also there was tape at the top of the windshield used for what I don't know. I think it would be good practice to wash the windshie the windshield. Also there was tape at the top of the windshield used for what I don't know. I think it would be good practice to wash the windshield and remove the tape BEFORE returning it to the customer. I would like to feel as if my business mattered and you were doing everything to insure I was satisfied without my having to point out the things you should be doing to perform great customer service and not just the bare minimum hoping its enough.
